A Just Energy Transition for Africa?

ThirdWay Partner’s CEO, Goncalo Neves-Correia, spoke with Marie Kemplay, Investment Banking and Capital Markets Editor of The Banker, regarding the impacts of climate change on Africa, what the transition away from fossil fuels means for the continent’s population and why the concept of a ‘just transition’ is particularly important for the region. A key theme of focus which was discussed was the impact Blended Finance can play in driving increased investment to support Africa’s energy transition.
