In leaving behind the construct of traditional philanthropy in contradistinction to exclusively economic returns, a new paradigm arises. At the frontier of this new paradigm, we are enabling a ThirdWay of investing. Through our advisory and asset management services, we facilitate a conversation between private capital, large development organizations and regional governments assisting them in finding new models of cooperation for sustainable development.

As a firm focused on sustainability, we are committed to ensuring we play our role in being a responsible citizen. This means we uphold the highest Environmental, Social and Governance standards across all of the organisation’s activities.
This is complemented on our investment activity where we seek to generate additionally in both our social and environmental outcomes across our portfolio. We have created and incorporate robust impact monitoring and learning measurement tools into our investment activities to ensure we continually achieve, and go beyond, our sustainability goals. These align to the IFC’s Sustainable Investments metrics and the UN’s Principles for Responsible Investment.
